We are an international overspray removal and claims specialist company. My company specializes in the removal of industrial grade Polyurethane Spray foam products of all sorts. We have saved insurers, contractors, and individuals millions over the years repairing vehicles and other painted surfaces & structures. This products is one of the most adhesive insulation products sold in the world. This is a great thing if you want to save thousands on light bills, water proofing a roof, or many other uses of this product. Not to mention replacing the old Pink Panther insulation that is hell to get off your skin because it penetrates into your pores. This old style insulation is not even close when it comes to the performance of the two products. All of the older insulation products with the consistency of candy cane are far from being biodegradable. This brings up another great thing about Polyurethane Spray Foam products, they are biodegradable.
Two undergraduate students Jeffrey Huang and Jonathan R. Russell together discovered an enzyme that is able to degrade Polyurethane and other plastic products without the use of oxygen. This means that Spray Foam insulation and many other products made with Polyurethane are just one of the few of the worlds materials that mother earth can absorb. When you compare spray foam to other insulation products it leaves a very small carbon footprint. My company also leaves a very small carbon footprint when it comes to removing polyurethane in the form of overspray damage from vehicles and other painted structures. We use no compounds or any type of solvents in our overspray removal process. We only use 2 quarts of water in a spray bottle to clean the dirt off of a vehicle before the actual repairs start. The clay bar by itself is unable to remove spray foam overspray damage because of its adhesive factor.
This is when we use our blading technique. It will remove any type of industrial grade Polyurethane or Protective & Marine Coatings product. I use a single edged, carbon tipped razor blade to remove these products without damaging the vehicle’s paint. Long before the clay bar from Auto Magic was ever invented, this was and still is my chosen method to remove any type of overspray damage. We never hide any of our cleaning methods from insurance adjusters, contractors and of course owners of the vehicles that we are working on.
We also use a Sony DSC-HX1 HD camera to film our cleaning methods with no cutaways to prove that there is no damage occurring during our cleaning process. Our best work is on our Youtube, Facebook and many other sites. Find use on Facebook “Jeff Suggs” and check out Google ads and websites from all over the world that feature our “one of a kind” videos. I say this because no other company or individual has ever been able to duplicate any of our work. In conclusion to this article there are few industrial materials in the world that have so many different uses and still proven to be a green product.
Great Post, loved it will be waiting for your future posts, the internet would be a much better place. Please keep it up!
